Do not deal with these people - very dishonest

These people charged us for a night we did not stay. We could not access the cabin due to snow and they said to leave the key in the drop box and they would refund our money.We left the key in the dropbox that night and they only refunded one night out of two and refused to issue the refund for the second night even though we did not stay. The "rental manager" I spoke with was very rude and...
