Mad Potter is a fun place to go if you enjoy painting just about anything. My girlfriend had given me a coffee mug she had painted during a previous visit there, and we have also gone together. There was one occurrence where a dish that she painted had a flaw when they glazed it (making it not food-safe) but they issued a full refund and gave us the mug! Mad potter is a little expensive, however, it is so worth it! It is a great place to take your children to. Also, it can be a great place to have a girl's night out. If your ceramic has a defect, they will refund you the money which lets you come back to create some more!

The Mad Potter is a paint your own pottery studio. I took my mother-in-law here to paint pottery when she came to visit.
