I recently bough some Origin lipstick and eye cream. The sale woman gave
me used and opened products and I didn't know when I got home.
I called and was transfered to Donna, the manager. I left a message and she didn't do anything
about it. I will never buy anything here at Macys again, I go to
Pleasanton mall instead.
Macy's is an excellent place to shop for all your gift-giving needs as well as for yourself. I like their shoe and handbag department, but I really like their cosmetic department because they carry all the major lines, especially my favorite, MAC. Although you sometimes have to wait in line for at least five minutes, the service at the MAC counter is excellent. They are always enthusiastic...

The Macy's here at Newpark Mall is very nice and they do have a friendly staff for the most part. I have come in here a few times and got great service and at times no service at all. They have a wonderful collection of designer purses which I love to browse and dream. I mainly shop here for my teens.
