I have been disappointed in the lack of quality at Macy's lately. They used to have much better stuff, but the quality has gone downhill.

clean, upscale vibe. always with the better selection of macys brands and the best selection of affordable name brand fashion. great customer service as well.

my friend and i went to the lenox macy's on a tuesday. the store was almost empty of shoppers so i was surprised to find that although we spent at least 45 minutes in the women's clothing and shoe departments, not one employee offered to help us or spoke even a word of greeting to us. maybe we were invisible!
i won't purposely shop there again.
