Keep your eyes open for the rich and famous;this downtown locale is popular with visiting celebrities. Elegant decor and superb service equate into a wow-this-is-great dining experience. Steak dominates the menu and the portions are so large that it has been rumored that some diners have asked for a power saw instead of a steak knife. The bar offers an outstanding selection of wines and martinis.
WHY WE LOVE IT: Northern Colorado needs more fine dining options like this.
WHAT TO GET: Horseradish-encrusted filet.

Pros
+ The best food in town.
Cons

Finally a place in Colorado Springs who "gets it". The food was of the utmost quality and the service was right there with it. The variety and quality is the best of experienced. I love the low lighting and upscale steakhouse atmosphere.
Pros
+ Food, ambience, service
