Awful, Impatient and No Imagination

is what you will get if you hire this business. The wife isn't so bad, I don't know about their children, but the husband is a jerk and unwilling to use his imagination and just does what he wants without any input from his clients. They did my wedding and I was very specific about what I wanted and didn't get it. I want to cry whenever I look at my photos, they depress me so much....
