bad people
it is one thing that these folks don't do what you pay them to. it is another that their approach is they are superior and their customers are just silly people that don't understand what they are being sold.

Rude Management and Bad Work
I'm not rich but I wanted my older car to look better. I walked into the office and was treated poorly the instant I walked in. Being an African American at first I thought they were maybe putting me into a category that didn't apply to me but in reality they were just turned off when I asked about their sales as they later revealed. Despite the fact that I was treated with disrespect I left my vehicle there because they were cheaper than the last estimate I got at a body shop down the road. They told me it would take from 3-5 days to paint my car but it ended up taking 13 days. I was not pleased with my final product especially after how long it took for them to work on it. Then they threw the sale in my face saying I took the sale price and what more did I expect but when I dropped it off they promised me it would look near new. I really feel embarrassed when people point out all the bad areas on my car that I pointed out to the management at Maaco on 9350 FM 1960 but they did not care at all.
