The guys were good and professional. Two things: close the gates when done, might want to get "footies" to wear over shoes when the guys come and go thru the house.

Charged me $467 for 1.75 hrs work for one man. They said they charge by the job, not by the hour. I did approve the estimate in advance because I thought they would make some repairs to my water heater but they only drained it and said the anode rod was bad. They failed to resolve a problem with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. They told me it was because I bought a cheap faucet....

We had really great service, the man who came out was efficient and quick. It was a bit expensive, but we chose M&M because of how quickly we could get a response.
