I called and they wouldn't even look up my tires to give me a quote. I was shopping around and no other shop had this problem. I have no idea what size tires I have. I know nothing about tires!...

They called as soon as the tires were shipped to them and the girl on the phone was very helpful. I think she was the same girl who checked me in and she was very sweet and pleasant. The install didn't take very long, which was great. However, the gentleman that checked me out had a sour disposition. Other than that, I was pleased.
