I ordered a Charger receptacle from LVS on 6/6 using PayPay (PP). within 15 minutes or less the money part of the transaction was confirmed as received by LVS but I was sent a message from LVS that the transaction need further input from me. Going to the site, I was directed to complete payment info. requiring either CC or PP info. before allowing ""checkout"". Two days later this was still the ""status"" shown by LVS. Repeated attempted phone calls remained unanswered. Email was not responded to. I started a dispute resolution with PP and within 5 minutes of filing, I got a response...
