Help us make it rightTerrible, that is about the only way to describe this company. The driver was dressed unprofessionally, was rude and demanded his tip at the very beginning of the night. With 2 hours left on our reservation the driver then demanded a specific amount of money for his tip and told me I was obligated to pay him what he wanted or he was not taking us anywhere else. When I said we would pay him at the conclusion of our trip he told me and my girlfriends to get out of the limo and left us. Then i called the following morning to file a complaint and the owner never called me back to discuss the complaint and then charged me $250 in addition to what I was charged for the limo reservation. NEVER use this company, they ruined an otherwise wonderful evening and robbed me. They are crooks.
Worst service ever on my wedding day! They were paid in full and the bus never showed up. They never called to tell us that the bus wouldn't be showing up, my husband had to call them. When I called they were very nasty and rude. Took 3 weeks to get my money back. Horrible company!!

Wedding package was very affordable.The limousine was decorated for our wedding and came with complimentary champagne.Our driver was on time and we got to do everything that we planned.Very good service!
The office called and said they were sending a different limo due to broken AC. It was 85f. The limo they sent had no air. It was a sauna. Hair and makeup a mess. The it broke down and the driver was told to find a jump himself. Awfull!!!
The price was great and reasonable. I would recommend Luxury Limo's. You can bargin with them too, that's how I got a little lower price.
