Called them for a quote on a replacement water heater. The woman on the phone tried every excuse in the book for why "the guy" would have to go to my location and look at the job before giving me a quote. They called to see if they could even come early. Finished the work ahead of schedule to the time to explain anything that I asked and then even said I had time left on the clock and asked if there was anything more they could do. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
