I had a great experience with the Arden, NC #1191 store recently. Store manager Chris Fairfax was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend my friends to them for their flooring needs.

First my floor bowed up and looked like a roller coaster- we called and they came back in to fix it. Now my floor has gaps in it and the trim pieces have dried glue showing that oozed out from underneath.
