Chance and his wife were awesome. He did a great job. Quoted me a price that he lowered once the job was done and showed up on time. His friendly personality sealed the deal for me.

Will not honor his warranty. He changes his warranty times from 5 years to 2 years when you call him and its been just over 2 years. he also refuses to warranty if you dont live close enough because it will cost him money he said. ask for licenses.
