I have been going to Lugnuts for five years now, and I no longer go anywhere else. This is a locally-owned business and it shows. The staff is professional and courteous, and their rates are the most reasonable I have seen. If I had to refer my wife or sister, this is where I would send them.

Was told by Leonard's Muffler that I needed front brakes at $250. Skeptical, I went to Lugnuts for a second opinion. They told me brakes have 30 percent left--that is, they are fine. Were I to do them anyway, $160. Lugnuts earned a customer, and I'm afraid I won't be going to Leonard's anymore.

Being new to Austin, I looked here on Citysearch and found these guys. They were able to take me in the moment I walked in and in around a half hour I was back in my car and on the road again. The oil change was only $28 which was reasonable. The people were mildly friendly. However, I also asked for an estimate to fix the lights in the dashboard of my Honda Element.
