This is the best spot to dance with your best girlfriends while barely spending any money. Drinks are cheap and it seems like there is always a special running...Now there is an upstairs called Top Hat that has unbelievable parties every weekend so it's double the good times in one location!! I'm not huge on Old City but when I'm done there, Lucy's is by far my favorite place to go.

Lucy's is great becasue there is never a cover and there are always some good drink deals. On the weekend they have 2 DJs so there are two different vibes between the front and back bar and plenty of space to get a drink. Always a good time.
