Best Puerto rican - American restaurant style of food that just makes you mouth water. Large portions, very filling. At a reasonable price. I recommend anyone who loves Spanish food to eat there.

I just had dinner with a friend at Lucy and I was extremely pleased. The service was exceptional and not slow at all like the other two reviewers stated. If anything the servers were overly attentive. We got our food in a decent amount of time and did not wait long at all. The food was great and so were the drinks. In my book this restaurant gets an A in my book.
