I found that the staff greeted me with a smile and got me right into the exam room to see the doctor. No waiting was a bonus! The care given to my poochie was also excellent. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was located a bit off from the main road, but the gals up front informed me that the city hasn't corrected their address so GPS/Mapquest etc. would have sent me out of...

Questionable Customer Service

Called for directions to this clinic and the receptionist refused to give me a street address for fear I would be using a GPS or Map Quest. She insisted on giving me driving directions. I requested information on lab work. Their fee was 50% higher than another clinic I called, however they did say they would have the results the late in the day.

Veterinary Clinic

This is not my regular veterinary clinic and I only used it because it was close and I had an emergency with a goat.The staff was very impersonal. This was definitely "my issue" not theirs and they would get the vet out to me at their convenience. I do realize that established patients take priority, but I would still like to be treated a little kinder in an emergency situation.

This was not a bad clinic. They are a little more expensive with the everyday care, but satisfactory with pets. Sometimes the people working were a bit busy and seemed a bit impersonal, but I believe it was due to a lot going on.
