people and like the " press button for help" feature. Homedepot is very near by to me , but whenever I start a new project I feel comfortable going to this lowes store at round rock. Nothing against Homedepot, but comparing both I like Lowes at Round rock. Also, David(customer service lead) at Round Rock Lowes is an amazing person. very thankful for his patience and his intrest to take care of any customer. Can't just name one incident , but have several examples of how well they take care of their customer. Thanks to all of you for helping me fix up my old house.
A large custom framing order was slow to be completed. Problems arose with every item: split, bumped, damaged frames; poorly cut mats; puckered images from improper mounting; images loose in their frames.
