Do not buy anything that needs to be installed or delivered from this retailer!! I am appalled by the lack of service and care. We purchased a new door and locks in August 2015 and had to pay the full $1500 day of. They were booked until October 2015. First, they ordered the wrong door (data entry error by their employee) in which we spent over 90 minutes in the store with the manager entering...
I want to publicly thank Rob the store manager in his handling of an unfortunate sequence of events with a warrentied snowblower. He made it right by replacing the defective machine with an even better one. He regained my trust with Lowes after an arduous 2 years working with corporate for resolution.

Ive found service and selection are above the other big box improvement stores within the Milwaukee metro area. Only been here once, will update as I will be returning.
