I bought a Troy Bilt pressure washer April 12th, 2014 with the extended warranty. I used the pressure washer one time last year. Afterwards it was weatherized and put it in storage. A few days ago it was taken out. It took about 15 tries to get it started. When I was finally able to get it started I noticed the pump was cracked and water was leaking everywhere. In light of todays events , this will conclude any further transactions by me and my customers. This whole year , I have watched this store go down hill. Your stockboys are rude and you won't sell the materials to finish a job--only start one. Thats like selling me a box of screws, but, telling me I have to ''special order'' a screw driver. I will be going back to builders supply and Home Depot...
