Without informing us they pushed our delivery date for our new stove -already paid for- to next week. We were waiting for them to show. Also now the stove is not in for holiday cooking. Next time using a different store!

Sad sad sad day here in Torrington. The Lowe's that I've been bringing my dogs to for years decided to stop allowing dogs in their store. Apparently someone.....a hateful heartless anti-dog person complained to headquarters and somehow has the power to get their way. What ever happened to majority rules?? I ran into thousands of more dog lovers than not. But since they sell chips and snacks...

Dear Lowes, I just had a washing machine delivered by your Torrington, CT store. Everything went just as planned. They called last night and called before delivering this morning. I am very impressed with all the service of your staff, from the sales guy to all the delivery guys. They took away a really, really old washer that was super heavy too. I was in the other day because I just bought a gutted house....which means I'm in need of lots of "stuff". Your salesman (washer/dryer) didn't really feel the need to make any effort to show me, talk to me, explain to me ANYTHING. Because the two items I asked about weren't in the store, he just told me to go online.
REALLY? Was I not pretty enough to spend time with....because he wasn't busy....
