This Lowe's doesn't have enough employees!! And the ones there don't seem to know how to help!! I'll be going to Home Depot or Ace every time from now on!!

Prince Akeem is excellent. Every time we come to the sandy springs location, we ask for him. He goes out of his way to assist and problem solve. You need more staff like him. Very knowledgeable

went to get a light fixture-- was flexible, but my top 3 choices were all out of stock and all similar. grabbed another item, got to the front of the store-- only 1 register open with 9 people in line extending down 1 of the aisles. set my would-be purchase down and walked out.

I purchased a few items from this location and after several issues I worked with Jeff, Brian and Nick in management. They resolved all of my issues and both Jeff and brian went out of their way to help me pick the best machines for my needs
