Been in three times in two weeks to appliances. Ready to purchase washer and dryer but could not get anyone to help me!! At one time a salesman literally went to answer a quick question for another customer- promised he would be right back- 30 minutes later- still no sign of him!!! Local smaller companies only for me even if I must pay more!!

Great customer service, and I find that I have been able to secure a better price on larger ticket items by asking about future sales.
