I have had extremely poor luck with service at this store. I wanted to purchase specific shower faucets at this store and they happened to be out of reach on top of the isle. The clerk in the plumbing area attempted to talk me into purchasing a different shower that was within easy reach rather than getting me the part that I wanted. Two experiences...both horrible...both orders...if you are going in to buy light bulbs, ok...anything you have to order and get delivered or installed, you have a MAJOR problem!!!!!!
