I bought a set of kitchen cabinets from Lowes that were supposed to be in stock cabinets. Tried this store AGAIN only because Lowe's gives a military discount on lumber. It's just not worth it! I needed a flat cart because of the amount of lumber I was getting. They have all of them loaded for what it looks like their own loads. No one to help as usual!! Home Depot on Chantilly is the best place to go. Sad!

On 8/14/2016, I, Tisha Ricks-Thomas, was getting some medal pipe fittings off a bottom shelf when a 6 ft medal plumbing pipe fell and hit my right forearm, causing a painful contusion with swelling and a bruise on my arm. I was told by the Lowes manager that someone will be contacting me within 48 hrs. Forty-eight hours came and went. Then he said that they have up to 72 hours to contact me....
