A HUGE thank you to Mike E. at your store (305 W. Overland Rd, in Meridian, Idaho). He spent a good 10-15 minutes helping my husband & me understand how to fix the windows at our house. He even took the time to demonstrate not only the correct way to fix it, but also show us what NOT to do. Then he showed us what to do every year or so, to make sure the same issue didn't happen!

I walked into the store to get a bid on a 32 foot by 14 foot deck and I had a list of all the materials and I was told I need to go out and write down all the item numbers on the paper from the floor and bring it up to them so they could give me a quote, then they just totaled it up and didn't give me print out, they said they could only write it down. one of the worst customer service...

The only reason I gave this good of a score is because Jim. (The assistant manager) He was great in helping us with the issues on my washer and was really friendly. However, with Lowes I am not happy. I had to return a new washer we had juat got. The repair company hired from the warranty would not fix the machine in a timely manner after it breaking less than 2 months after purchasing it. Then...
