I have never had a problem and to tell you the truth, these are personable, local employees who have to take garbage from people who could not ever have the personal skills displayed by Lowe's employees. I have never had problem with lowes customer service till three weeks ago. I return a generator that i bought on the floor and was repaired. I had a $100.00 discount on a generator that original was $400.29. I could not start the generator never used it after the purchase.
