Warning: DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE! THERE CONTRACTORS ARE HORRIBLE. I am waiting for a repair for 3 weeks now, and still have not resolved this issue! I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again. FRUSTRATED

The ad says 10% off ALL wood and composite decking. Spoke to the manager while trying to purchase some 2X6X16 treated lumber, and because the lumber didn't have the word "decking, or deck" on it, they wouldn't honor their advertised price. Terrible customer service! I will take my money elsewhere, and will tell all my friends to do the same!

Have received very poor customer service and communications in regards to a countertop/backsplash purchase I made. I do not intend to make any more big purchases through Lowes, which is too bad as they have always been my favorite home improvement store until the last month.

Once again the guys at Lowe's saved my day. I waited all day for a plumber only for him to call and make an excuse why he could not come. I spoke with a guy in plumbing today who gave me some advice and thankfully I was able to get it back on and working and saved myself a service call. Thank you I am forever a loyal customer of yours as the employees are always full of knowledge.
