We had the best customer service at lowes! My sister had a project she was working on that she found on Pinterest. Andrew was super helpful and found all the materials that we needed. He was very friendly and shared that he just got back from the military. Can't thank him enough for his service to our country and my sisters project.

Staff and manager (Matt) make it right. Their attention was second to none after a purchased mower came defective. Aisles usually have staff to assist in what you need.

My only experience here was to help my Mom return a mailbox that didn't work for the post she bought and to find one that will. First stop was customer service to return the mailbox that didn't work.
