Scheduled delivery for a dryer for Tuesday 4-7. They didn't showed up. Next day I call them, they say they will be here from 12-5. No show, called the store, get put on hold, the. That they will call me back. Still waiting... Total shit customer service.

Well I was suppose to have carpet installed today at 10. Here it is 4 in the eavening and the carpet isn't even at my house. The lowes quality inspector even came by to check out the carpet and left with out giving me any information. I will never go through lowes for any projects on my house and I will warn everybody I can against using lowes.

I am extremely saddened that Lowe's has decided to employ and keep employed a man that threatened and tried to attack me in a local store. I own a business and I will never shop with Lowe's again. I will make sure that everyone knows that it is not safe for females to shop in the Fayetteville, NC stores.
