Bought high end dishwasher and contracted Lowes to install it. Installer showed up 8 hours late. Installed it. It does not work properly. Installer came back and was an hour late. Did not fix...

After approx. 30 + mins of waiting for the appliance dept. Mgr. To ring up a scratch and dent for some customer (whereabouts unknown) I decided to take my business to bestbuy. They really don't understand the value of a customer at this location and henceforth I will never give them my hard earned money. Kudos to bestbuy...great price great service and superior selection.
