Asked for help twice, nobody ever came in the fifteen minutes I waited.Cashier charged me twice for a pack of screws and argued with me about it "because it contained two screws".Ridiculous.

Customer service here is poor at best. I am here often and I can hardly ever find someone to assist me! I've been in the process of remodeling everything at my house (yard to interior). The home depot near by is just as disappointing so I continue to come here. Not a fan but it's necessary. The only redeeming thing is Melinda in the paint department- she is a doll!
