Why have savings incentives if they don't honor them?

I drive from the downtown area to Lowe's because it does have a good produce section with good sales prices. However, the cashiers prefer you to pay full price.

I typically spend around $30 a week on produce in addition to my other groceries, that's with sales prices. I drove to Lowe's, brought coupons, my own bags, and my Lowe's card. I was bagging my groceries when I got the total amount due. I thought it was high but assumed I just bought more weight in produce than I originally thought. Service not Great from a Manager!

I was purchasing over $300 worth of products from Lowes food and was being helped by a manager at the customer service desk. She was very rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to sell me everything. Customer service was terrible.
