Thumbs up. My husband and I are building a new home, and the customer service we have encountered at the Adrian store has been excellent. The workers have been great. Very customer friendly and go out of their way to help us. I have visited other Lowes stores in the downriver area, and I can't ever find someone to help me. It's like the workers are hiding from the customers

I've had two problems so far with this Lowes location. I purchased a hammer one day from them and the first time I used it the handle broke off. More recently I purchased some screen spline so I could repair my screen door. The so-called expert working there picked out the spline that I needed for this particular job and of course it turned out to be the wrong size - too wide. So now I have to...
