We've been going to Lowell's since we moved to KY 12 years ago. These guys know what they are doing, problems are explained very clearly, you are always given a quote. Sometimes the final price is less than the quote. Repairs don't drag on forever- cars are almost always ready when they say they'll be. They're very honest and trustworthy.
