Finally gave up
Lovings installed a new A.C. unit in my home around 2001. Every other year since it was installed it does not work. They kept telling me it was this or that but basically has always leaked. Promised in the begining to charge up freon for free since they could'nt find a leak. Year before last promised they found leak. We had our heater in breakdown mode. The company was patient when calling and canceling a few times (my fault). When they came they fixed it fast and cheap. Very kind people, took time to explain the problem and show what they did. Felt comfortable I want not taken for a walk.Will come back to them.
