While living at Townley Court I really appreciated the low cost of the apartment and the utilities. My apartment offered a view of the Kelton House garden. Being on the top floor and with those thick walls it was really quiet. I really like the historical feel of the apartment, the building and the neighborhood. Townley Court is also close to the Main Library which is a real plus.

I was a tenant of Townley Court for 2 years and my experience was great. I actually lived at Townley Court in 2005 and decided to come back when I returned to Ohio. The staff is responsive and courteous. The community is safe and quiet. I loved living next to the Kelton House museum and taking nightly strolls through their garden!!! I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone!!!

I moved here about a year ago from Dallas. In the past year the management has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Sometimes I park my car in no-parking-zone and they , call and knock on my door to more it. If I was leaving anywhere else, it would have been towed several times. The prices are good and it is very quiet with lovely neighbors, walking distance from couple of bars and heart...

I have lived in Townley Court for 27 months while finishing a Masters Course. I will miss my apartment retreat. Townley Court was a wonderful surprise when I was looking for a place to live.
