We have a supersac, and the seam split. HUGE split and there is foam everywhere. I have had my 5 Series for almost a year now never have been satisfied. Was told it wold sit the same as the 6 series and does not. I dad to add additional pieces to make it usable. Maybe for someone of small stature it would be OK but not for anyone 6' 240# or larger. I actually sit on boards most of the time and have to keep moving around. I have over $3000 in this so far and I regret not...

We have had a lovesac sactional for a few years now and the pillows are all flat. We tried to exchange the inserts for the lifetime warranty and were told that because we bought a floor model they couldn't do anything for us!! While the furniture is comfy the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!! I purchased a few thousand $$$ of furniture from the store in Tyson's Corner. Due to an issue, the regional manager gave me a $500 gift card to keep me as a customer and keep me from returning all the furniture.
