Rotton to the core....cancelling appointments on people who have been waiting to get in, then 2 hours before their appointment they called my friend and cancelled and she was in alot of pain and was looking forward to her visit there. Bad business practice. Seem very unorganized there. My question is, why do we have to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or we will be charged for that...

It will be 4 months since rotator cuff repair. Just swam 32 lengths of pool. Thanks to all of you and Merry Christmas.
