i have been going to louie's for years now. it truly has the best thin crust pizza. go early if you want to get a seat otherwise you will have to wait. no beer on tap. yes..it is true. louie himself has absolutely no personality and the waitresses can sometimes be off in lala land thinking of something else. they serve your food and beer and nothing more. but it is worth it to get some great tasting ...

I'm from Chicago, don't live there or Texas, but have been in Dallas several times for work. This is the best pizza I've had in the South, but I must follow this up with it's the worst service I've had in the South.
