The whole staff is not friendly and dr Lough is very rude and and they do not care if you are afraid . There is nothing gentle about him.

I signed up for a dental discount plan and went to the dentist. Long story short, they mapped out treatment plan. I told them absolutely not. They applied for care credit for me and told me I was approved for a small amount. They descended on me like timeshare salesman.
