Below is the email I wrote to Diana (supposedly the CEO of the company). She offered no resolution, no refund, and no credit for the horrible experience we had. Instead, they charged me $299.00 for the GPS that flew off the boat when their guy didn't secure it properly!

DO NOT waste your time or money with this terrible rental company. I purchased a group on TWO months ago and have called SEVEN times to make an appointment fora boat rental. They NEVER will take a reservation unless its 3-4 weeks in advanced. Not only that, after I called for the seventh time and asked for a manager, Lexie suddenly had appointments available all day the following day and the rest of the week.. funny that she told me 20 minutes before that they were booked. Then I gave her 2 different debit and credit cards which ""would not process"" and therefore my reservation could not...
