Los Dos Amigos serves the best Spanish omelet we have eaten. For years my wife and I, and then our 2 daughters, would have the Spanish omelet at Los Dos Amigos when they were located in South Phoenix. We followed them when they moved to their present location many years ago.

Since then our family has scattered and we moved to the Ozarks, but we still drive to Phoenix every few years and...
