The company seems professional, and the technician was so great. He was nice and worked so hard. My carpets needed restretching and he did such a good job.

I was skeptical when I called as the person on the phone did not sound as professional as the company turned out to be. But their customer service was covered by a job wonderfully done...resonably priced, excellently cleaned, and when I called again the customer service even was vastly improved!
