Lore L. did a fantastic job on our shower door, it is beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the product and service. The installation crew was on time, neat, courteous, and thoroughly professional. We absolutely love our shower door and are going to be redoing our guest bath shower enclosure and will be sure to be using Lore L. again for that project.

The crew did a terrific job. The mirrored walls look great. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lore L Ltd to our friends and neighbors. Very pleased with the quality of work!

Lore L did a good job on their initial installation, but I cannot recommend their after installation service. They repaired a shower door that had got loose on its hinges, at a charge of $90. I was told this would be guaranteed for a year. Six months later exactly the same thing has happened again. I called them and they refuse to honor the guarantee. I tried to speak to the service manager and...

Don't use this company if you want any kind of customer service! A man came to the house and measured for a very expensive shower door - the first time we used it there was water all over the floor. When they came to check it out they said the tile sill was not tilted at the right angle. We thought the man who measured for the job would have taken this into consideration as he was going to...

Lore L installed glass shower doors in our house. After a few years, one of these doors would not shut, as the hinge had become loose. Lore L came out, took the door off and repaired it. With a charge of $90, I was told there was a 12-month guarantee on the work. Six months later exactly the same thing has happened and they will not honor their guarantee.
