This Doctor Lopez and his staff of 1 (Sandra Smith Stockstill) is so bad that I would not even give them 1 star! As far as insurance they know it all. Although they know nothing! Times have went by and obviously he has not cracked a medical book in over 30 years. Behind the times and just plain rude. (Edited February 22, 2021)
Dr. Lopez took time to talk with me about my condition and EXPLAIN things fully. He was also frank with me while being kind. His staff went out of their way to get authorizations for treatment so I wasn't stuck with high expenses. I feel confident in the care I receive from Dr. Lopez and staff.
Dr. Lopez takes time to fully explain his diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. He listens to the patient as the patient explains his or her problems. Dr. Lopez truly cares for his patients.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Lopez he took excellent care of my mother many yrs ago. However, myself, after having to change insurance companies i had to attempt to make an appointment to obtain a primary care physician. I'm especially happy with Dr. Blackmer because she took the time to listen to my concerns when no regular doctors in my area would take the symptoms I was having seriously, and as a result was able to refer me to a specialist who could what I had.
