This place is great. I'm annoyed that the only rating that shows up in some places is a year old review by milinz since that almost prevented me from seriously looking here (note - I'm posting this on multiple review sites since I really think this milinz post is misleading and want to balance it out!)

Almost 1.5 years ago, we got all new flooring in our ~1800sqft home. New vinyl in bathrooms, new carpeting (including 2 sets of stairs), and new wood in the kitchen (newly extended into the dining room in place of carpeting). I waited so long to review for two reasons:

We are so very happy with Long's Flooring , which we just happened to find by luck ! The salesman , Ted came to our house within 2 hrs. of talking with him for the first time . He measured and gave us a reasonable quote that we were pleased with . Next, ordering the flooring and installing were done immediately and perfectly ! Thank you Jeff for doing such a superb job of installation . Thank you Ted and Jeff for being such perfectionists and superb professionals ! We will definitely do business again ! We gave our estimated dimensions and discussed cost/sq ft for carpet, padding, and installation.
