These cleaners dida wonderful job! I wont go any where else. I have taken over a dozen suits there and every time my wife or I go in there we are always greeted with the utmost professinalism. We had several suits there where covered in mold from the storm in LA and this cleaners was the only ones who could get it clean we are very impressed. Thank you Long's.

I got 5 shirts cleaned and pressed, when i picked them up, they were so wrinkled that the store manager agreed to re-do them. Upon picking them up a second time, the shirts were still wrinkled, especially on the sleeves and cuffs.
I was told that this time the shirts were "hand pressed" and that in the future that service would cost 6.95 plus 3.45 = $10.50 per shirt! I was directed to call Mr.... more

Got Red Wine out of Silk!

They got a huge red wine stain out of a 100% silk dress. The stain had set for over 48 hours. They're miracle workers - highly recommended. It's obviously family run. I don't mind paying more for the quality and reliability.
