I love my apartment. It is my understanding that the complex has been around for a while, but when I moved in it was just like new. There were a few bumps with signing my lease in the beginning but the staff was always friendly and willing to work with me! The gated community always makes me feel safe and there are a ton of security cameras.

To start off the apartments where i live or in the greatest location in the city,10 minutes from all of the entertainment in the city, and on a great bus line in every direction. The apartments are a combination of town homes and apartments with beautiful landscapeing. Apartments and town homes to fit everyone's need .. Love living here. Rent is good, neighbors are quiet, parking is secure. Perfect for us serious students :)

The maintenance is terrible, and the landlord is not professonal. The insects are out of control, entering inside your complex. The grounds are kept up more then the complex.
